Caring Hands Initiative, bringing succour to the downtrodden

Caring Hands Initiative Inc, an outfit founded by Evaresta Charlse, is a non for profit organization established with the principal aim of supporting women and youths in their quest for good health and prosperity.

The organisation also prides itself as a useful tool with a veritable platform for the empowerment of women and youths through skill acquisition programs while also promoting their socio-economic well-being and ensuring prosperity.

It has also proved potent in many areas within it’s scope of interest, they are pro human, a rare gift at this time when majority of people are detached from quality health care services and good living.

From their antecedents, it can be deduced that many lives have already being touched by the activities of the platform.  Some of their successful activities are listed below:

• Caring Hands Initiative Inc. planned and executed a medical mission this past December 2019 in Ibeku Okwuato, Aboh Mbaise, Imo State, Nigeria.
• Caring Hands Initiative Inc. also heath-screened over 220 people. 50% of the above number were discovered to possess various degrees of hypertension while 45% were diabetic. The remaining had CHF, COPD and other various diseases. 93% seen by the Healthcare Providers were treated with hypertensive medications, such as, Amlodipine and. Diabetic patients were treated with metformin and Glipizide. Arthritic patients were given pain medications, such as, Tylenol, Ibuprofen, and Advil.
• Caring Hands Initiative Inc. Further dispensed over 50 pairs of reading glasses of various strengths.
• In the area of Health Management Education, Caring Hands Initiative Inc. sponsored the training of many people dietary management and proper use medications.
• In the near future, Caring Hands Initative Inc. plans to carry out a project for the empowerment of youths.

It can be gleaned from their activities that they possess unflagging faith in humanity and would prove indispensable in the mission to make the world a safe place for all, especially those who are in need of medical care and services.

It is also noteworthy to give credit to those without whose efforts, this success wouldn’t have been accomplished this, firstly, the medical providers, nurses, and the logistics, who volunteered many arduous hours and resources to facilitate the project. Gratitudes were also expressed to Dr. Chukwunyere Anyanwu, Dr. Bernard Uchenna and Dr. Malachy Ugwuegbulem and Dr. Evon Anukam, Mr. Ike Nwaobasi, Mr. Long Obasi, Mr. Kassim O, Mr. Oshinowo S, Mrs. Stella Okotie, Mr. Kingsley, Onyenali, Mrs. Bekee Emenife, Mrs. L Noble-King, Chief Loveday Charles, and Chief Evans Onyeoziri.

In the near future, Caring Hands initative Inc. plans to carry out a project to help the youths and would love the donors to continue to assist in future projects.
