Our Submissions Style

We charge a fee to publish your event, profile or spotlight, organization, or reports in our magazine. View our media kit for our prices. This includes real weddings, styled shoots, spotlight / personality profile, events and celebrations (birthday parties, graduations, anniversaries, conventions, conferences, awards, shows, grand openings, bridal showers, engagement, chieftancy, etc).

Our readers appreciate a strong focus on brilliant photography and videography, and culture.

Quick Notes on Submissions:

  • Once you submit this form, you are agreeing that posts will not be removed after being published.
  • By submitting your work to us, you are certifying that you have notified all parties involved in the Event or Spotlight and have authorization from the photographer/videographer to submit photos/videos to us.

General Submissions Form

Event Details

Use this section to list your client's names. If this is not a wedding or engagement session, list the name of the event. For example, Mary & Paul Jones Wedding or Evelyn Brown 40th Birthday Celebration.

Upload 1 image that represents your event. This will be the cover image in our Submissions queue

Use this space to include a description of the event. What are the highlights we should know about?

Photographer Information

We prefer to review about 100 images for weddings and styled shoots, and 25-50 images for e-sessions. Include the link to the images in this section. Please do not SHARE dropbox folders with us as we may not be able to open them. Just the link is fine. Note: If you send us a gallery with hundreds of images, we may reject your submission and ask for a curated gallery link. Also: We prefer images with NO branding on them and a mix of vertical and horizontal images. For weddings, here are some additional tips on images we like: Vertical images of the bride, images of the bridesmaids, bouquet shots (bride holding bouquet), groomsmen, vertical images of the cake(s), well-style stationery, reception table decor in multiple views and orientation, other paper goods, beauty shots, pets, flower girls and ring bearers, well-styled bridal/groom style/fashion details, other wedding decor details.

Credits

By submitting this form, you agree that all pertinent vendor credits have been submitted and url's, company names have been proofread. We usually do not make changes after the event is published.

Vendor Credits

List the company names and URLs of the participating vendors. We will not be able to edit the article after it is published. You are welcome to provide IG and facebook handles as well. We can only guarantee an IG tag for our advertisers and the photographer.

Questionnaire Answers

Optional but highly recommended:) Use this space to provide answers to our questionnaire. You can find our sample questionnaires at the bottom of this page. If you don't have the questionnaire filled out and your submission is accepted, there will be an additional delay in getting your submission published on our website.

Terms and Conditions

By submitting this form, you agree that all pertinent vendor credits have been submitted and URLs, company names have been proofread. We will not make any changes after the event is published. You are certifying that you have rights to submit this work on munaluchibridal.com and that all pertinent parties involved in this work have been notified. By submitting this form, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.

Using the form below, include a link to your images or You Tube video. Provide about 25 to 50 of the best images of your event. We will work with you to select the best images to be featured in our magazine. Images should be sized at 1200 pixels wide (ensure the width is at least 1200 pixels wide) and at 72 dpi. If your images are not sized properly, there may be a delay in getting your submission approved.

Watermarks – If your event is selected for publication, we prefer not to publish watermarked images. The photographer, along with all other vendors, will be credited in the vendor credits section of the article.

Timeline

While we appreciate your submission, we can not respond to each and every one. If you submitted an event and have not gotten a response, feel free to follow up with us via email at excelglobalmediagroup@gmail.com to ensure we received it.
